Went in for a service, came out with engine overfilled by over a litre, oil residue not cleaned down and oil drops on engine cover not cleaned. Was told quality checked but must of been blind. Second visit to get issues rectified, took over 1 hour to reduce oil level and bash plate bolt not tighten up, only a few threads in. First time experience with just a basic oil change from a dealer and can't even get that right for something so simple.

Want to give a massive shout out to the wonderful salesman Keri for making the process so straight forward in purchasing our new car. Keri was an absolute pleasure and a hoot to deal with! Honest, funny and so lovely to my son who came with me to pick up the car. Keri is an asset to the team at Mitsubishi and I am comfortable to contact him going forward with any questions. What a pleasure it was purchasing our beautiful Outlander!

A very special mention to our salesman Keri who was so funny, friendly and willing to go that extra mile to ensure our satisfaction with the car. I was very stoked with the level of service, professionalism and punctuality that the whole team at Motorama Springwood displayed. I test drove the Mitsubishi outlander a week ago and within that week, my finance and extra add ons were all organised and completed to a high standard. I strongly recommend going through this team if you want to be looked after every step of the way!

Purchased my first new car recently and the team were great - Keri in particular was fantastic. Super responsive, answered all my questions, made me feel completely at ease, and that nothing was too hard. Couldn't recommend him highly enough, and very happy with my ASX.

Honestly was looking at a difficult day, baby could not attend daycare, car to be serviced, raining and to top it off our home was to have no electricity due to a new power pole install... They helped out by having the car ready in a couple of hours, Brad pushed us up the list, amazing to see a business that still cares in this busy world 🌎, Thanks to Brad and all of the service team 👍

It's my second new vehicle in 3 years from the Springwood team and I dealt with Craig on both occasions, it was a smooth process and with the help of Trevor in finance the deal was done in a couple days. Very happy with the service and i will be back again.
